When you contact us: your name, email address, organisation, role and whatever you write in the message field.
When you apply for a role: the above plus your location, years of experience, links you provide and any CV you attach.
Automatically: standard server logs including IP address, user agent and the pages requested, used for security and aggregate traffic analysis.
To reply to your enquiry, to assess an application, to meet legal and contractual obligations, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Enquiries are retained for twenty-four months. Applications are retained for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are retained for ninety days.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Write to privacy@onecluster.co and we will respond within thirty days.
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and change the date above.
