The intent is that the people we coached keep running the model. Every piece of work carries a written handover plan from the first week, and we stay reachable for a defined support window afterwards.
Yes. Our partners have worked under exactly these conditions in prior roles - background checks, data residency, air-gapped environments and regulator-facing documentation. Tell us your specific obligations in the first call and we will say plainly whether we can meet them.
A two-week discovery is the smallest sensible unit, and for a founding customer it is refundable if you decide not to continue. Anything shorter tends to produce an opinion rather than a decision.
